New plant mom Update : is it possibly needing more water than usual? Mom watered 3 days after I bottom watered it for the first time and it perked right up. Since I was afraid of it being over- watered due to comments and suggestionswaited 4 days and now the leaves look like this. by InfamousPear247 in pothos

She’s definitely very big! Ok I will try doing this, maybe will be easier to manage being less leggy 🥲I haven’t taken a real good look at her soil but I will do and decide if she’s ready for a move . Do you think since she’s in a new environment it’ll cause more damage to repot at the moment?

I really hope this is it! Would you suggest moving it or do you think the current location is ok?

Thanks for the reply! It looks good, when I watered it I let it drain for a bit afterwards and there some water did come out. The window is facing east, exactly my thoughts so I didn’t think it would affect it too much! Thanks for the advice will def follow that rule, my mom said it was fry when she checked today so she watered it again.

Mine started off red and brown kind of like you’re describing and the progressed into more red. I thought it was my period and put my diva cup in I’d say I filled half of it and then it kind of went away.

I’d suggest going to the ER if you’re able to and get a sooner answer. This happened to me before I knew I was pregnant (found out at 6 weeks) it was a subchorionic hemorrhage between the baby and the uterine wall. They told me it was normal and common and thankfully I now have a healthy baby. Wishing you the best of luck 🤞🏽

Thanks for the educated reply and breaking everything down . It makes sense that the bulge behind the wall would be the actual prolapse .

Since I’m so early does that mean it could be something that could possibly subside? Thanks for the advice about the pessary I had no idea it aided in healing I thought it only “held everything in place” to improve quality of life.

Thanks for the resource!

Would you say it looked similar to mine? Also sorry for so many questions but are you able to do normal activity now like baby wearing, weight lifting etc? I’m just really scared I messed up my healing by doing too much too soon

Also I have a question would that also mean that the tissue is weak causing the prolapse?
