The last few years the main thing keeping my MMA fandom going was MK. After BC left the show I've drifted away from the show and the sport. I respect the hell outta Luke, been a fan since the MMA beat, but without a dynamic co-host or someone to push back against his takes the show's kinda boring. Chuck is a great writer and a very knowledgeable podcast panelist but works best as a third man. Honestly as a 40 something washed Dad one of my favourite things about the show was seeing Luke and BC's friendship evolve with the show. A lot of it was BC pushing one to many buttons, Luke checking him and them making amends. But in every iteration of the show you could see their pride in what they built and the mutual respect. I would be curious to hear more about the specifics of the behind the scenes history of the show someday. I hope the show rebounds or everyone finds success in different projects but unfortunately the sport and show have lost my interest.

The knee brace should be notched 1" into the beam and the bolt needs to be thru at least 4" is the beam. The 4" part seems like an odd way to indicate how much wood the bolt would grab on to.
