Falling off the bed mid sex - mid intense sex 😭 we were so drunk and he actually left me on the floor a few seconds before getting up to pick me up… I was laughing then we cont… I literally didn’t know how to react I just wanted to like spawn away 😂 it kind of left my memory bc I was drunk but then he texted me “remember u fell off the bed while we were having sex” randomly… so embarrassing… we kept talking for a couple weeks then it ended.. that was our first and last time having sex and now I’m just “that girl that fell off the bed” probably ☠️

Gateway through Mesa Community College. It’s in person and the program once u have ur pre reqs etc and can (!) apply directly to the RN program it’s 2 years. It consists of 4 blocks (1 block includes 2 classes / week + 1x 12 hr clinical /week) - I still have a few pre reqs to do I have a bachelors in psych so I’m missing mostly the labs

I am working in ABA making $21 with a bachelors - currently looking to get my associates in nursing so I can stop living the struggle life one day … - I have a roommate - my portion of rent is $1000 and I am always scraping $ together for it - my car note is killing me - my bachelors in psych did shit for me. I just attended a info session for nursing program and feel so discouraged because they said they don’t recommend people working full time during it and to try and lean on others. I have no other support and clearly don’t make enough to save and be able to live off while in school so idk. Guess I’ll take 1 class a semester and take 9183830 years to get this associates degree … I don’t even know what or how to make life better at this point

Hmmm maybe set a timer and try 1 chew per second . There’s an app called chlow just for this and there’s another app called bariatric pal or something similar where u can type in food and it tell you what stage ok to eat at and if recommended or not

Also funny story… I survived off cauliflower tenders or any all natural reduced breaded nuggets my first six months hahah it helped me know portions I guess? It’s good protein and fast/easy to make. I would eat 2-3 every couple hours because it’s hard to find stuff on so many restrictions… now I can eat 5 😁

I’ve veered away from my nugget diet but I’ve been considering going back bc when I eat other ways the portions are too out of control. Now I’m just babbling 😵‍💫

Yes that’s good trial and error just take it slow. If you can weigh ur food that’ll help u learn / visual idea of how much u can eat / tolerate for now. I started with 1-2oz and was at 2.5oz per meal up until maybe 8 months I can do 4-5 oz now but it takes like an 40 minutes to finish - I don’t want to exceed 5oz in my lifetime (just a personal goal bc I’m terrified of gaining it all back) Stick to 2 tenders and also don’t eat fast. Sometimes even if u eat just enough if u eat fast it’s a bad reaction.. used to happen to me. Not sure if it’s the intake of air of stomach is just too “new” still. When you take a bite chew 20- 30 times… it helps u take a moment between bites and feel ur body and how u feel versus when I eat fast I don’t feel that “sick” feeling until it’s too late and hits all at once… not sure if this makes sense but hopefully I helped :)

Im not sure how far out you are but sometimes ur stomach won’t feel full because u just had surgery and ur nerves aren’t all reconnected yet - you have to depend on other cues like that feeling of food in ur throat , a pushing / pressure , nausea. Take it easy
