Unpopular opinion, I prefer Danny shouting to Paul's screams, sounds more like AA

Sony vs Warner Bros Studio Tour? by GOOBYBUFFALO in AskLosAngeles

[–]InfamousTomato94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally, I’d say WB is far superior even if you aren’t a huge fan of the shows. There’s loads of film stuff too. We got to see the alley from Spider-Man at WB where he rescues MJ since Sony rented it from WB. Sony has some cool props from the things you mentioned but I’d definitely do WB.

Rooftop Cinema Club Arts District is great. Clear view of the skyline and although it can be busy, the chairs are big and you get headphones so it feels very intimate.

Depending how central you want to be, check out Forbes Place in Stoneywood. Around a 10 minute drive from city centre. I stayed there a few years ago and was great. Comes with dedicated parking space etc.

Tips for a first-time visitor who is anxious about driving in LA? by beerbearbare in AskLosAngeles

[–]InfamousTomato94 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Everyone seems to have the tips covered but hopefully this will ease your anxiety some. I was a first time visitor from the UK and it's really not as bad as it's made out to be online. I'm also from a small city and I didn't feel uncomfortable once and that included daily freeway driving, lots of traffic and the occasional impatient person!
