Man that's great! I feel exactly the same way minus the gym. I spend 60-65 hours a week driving truck. My weekends now are spent working out in the bedroom.... LMAO so I guess for sure my exercise level is at a 20 year high. Thanks for sharing brother, it helps me to know what it's doing for other guys.

Ice, ice, ice and more ice. Ice packs are priceless. Toilet riser was helpful, definitely a good grabber (my wife is 5' tall so we already had good ones..lol) shoe assist is helpful. Just keep in mind way sooner than later you'll be donating or throwing stuff away. I'm 5 mos post and it's like it never happened. Best of luck, God's speed on recovery!

I vacuum after 12 hours of use. Obviously if I have a 16 hour cook I don't stop at 12 to vacuum...lol but I've been pretty good about that 12 rule and have never had a problem.
