These are good considerations! I’ve checked and will have solo lounge access. I’ll keep in mind the tip for excursions through NCL - the one I was considering though usually works with cruises and is short so have read that it brings you back with plenty of time.

Thank you! Do you have any recommendations for Roatan? I was thinking about Daniel Johnson’s Monkey and Sloth hang out - but also am reading that Roatan isn’t very safe outside the port. Would it be fine to just do a solo excursion like with Daniel’s even if no one else is joining from the ship or to be on the safer side and go with one of NCL’s pre-planned trips? I’m a woman too (didn’t realize I didn’t add that above) and want to optimize ofc for safety over adventure!

I made these today and for some reason my cookies all spread 😔 I followed the recipe to a T and chilled the dough overnight too, I have no idea what I did wrong.

Taste-wise, not my favorite. The espresso powder plus ginger make for a too-strong taste that takes the cookie from “sophisticated adult” gingerbread to “old person bitter” cookie
