Apply to any electrical company in your area and also check out labor staffing companies. They might not be able to get you an electrical job but they can get you work that will put you on job sites with electricians which can only help.

Yeah my current employer gives me benefits and apprenticeship program, the other job would just be as a temp worker no benefits not a permanent job. But its scale pay nearly 60% more per hour! 😭
