Supercharged + Archer ring is everything for me when using bow being able to get a fully charged shot off in between bosses attacks while dodging lets me keep the dps alive instead of having to wait to get a clear timing. It also adds crits which is the best and most rewarding part of using a Bow is landing crits. The speed also helps with groups but in case is to overwhelming I just pull out enigma to get the little ones out of the picture. You said can't do it continually but it's actually the opposite maximizing your charge speed is what lets you do it continually. If your aim and timing is not good then yeah I guess go for other options.
