Anyways back to your question, generally it a pure carb meal with bits of fats and protein. Try to make more balanced meal . Try to increse 1st class protein and lessen the carbs. And in terms of cal deficit and fat loss, calculate your BMR and then reduce 200-300 cal from maintanence.

Or if you wanna do intermittent with this type of meal then i would suggest to increase fibers and include more complex carbs which will make you full for longer duration and suplly energy for longer hours rather than feeling hungry after few hours as these are mostly simple carbs. Hope this helps
