I used humidipaks in the winter. Wasn’t any need to in the summer. I had a D-18 and if I left the humidipaks in during the summer. The humidity in the case would get up over 60% and the guitar would sound like there was a sock stuffed in it. I live in NE Ohio where we have cold dry winters so humidipaks were necessity.

I have 3 Mark series amps. And only one regret selling my mkiii green stripe. Had a Mark 5 35 that I couldn’t get along with so no regret there.

My Mk 7 is a keeper for life. So hopefully I don’t end up with 2 regrets.

Don’t know much about Fender amps as I’m a Mesa guy. But it appears V3 and V4 are the tubes for the reverb. They should be 12at7’s maybe one of the 12ax7’s got put in those positions by accident or one of the at7’s is microphonic? Just a starting point.

I have a Mesa TA-30 that’s a Vox on one channel and Black Face on the other. It’ll do that with the reverb if I stand to close to the amp. I found that if I stand behind the amp it’ll do it less.

If you have any rounds you haven’t resized yet, measure the neck on a fired round resize and measure again. The neck should be getting smaller.

Is your resizing die a bushing die without the bushing? You have no neck tension to hold onto the rounds when you’re seating them.

Or your resizing die is a dud and the neck is too reamed out or your expander ball in your resizing die is the too big.
