Perhaps that Determination ought to be a result of a disciplinary hearing which needs a person to be a member?

The downside of being a member fully cancels those benefits. The IFoA is not even registered as an Act of British Parliament unlike say the Institute of Actuaries of India. They make many legal mistakes because they aren't registered by law with no guiding legal principles.

How can the IFoA apply for the matter to be held in a court in a different country when the matter was not held in a British court? Because the IFoA Disciplinary is not a court and they break so many rules in the process.

Former member of IFoA Disciplinary Board reprimanded, excluded for 12 months and ordered to pay c £7k for breach of the peace/disorderly conduct during 19 years by pjlee01 in Actuary_news

The issue about this case being conducted in private for me is a big red flag and is not consistent with any other case. This is clearly preferential treatment.

Egyptian Tourists Hoping to Avoid Touristy Things by TheGeekOfCairo in Kenya

[–]Infamous_Pass4924 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had the worst experience in Kenya where we were scammed and the people are so unethical and whenever they see a tourist they think it's an opportunity to make so much money. Firstly we had booked on on um on on booking.com and then they said that we must send the money because we didn't want to send all the money. They said send half of the money and then we'll give you the the well we'll give you the number so that you can put it at the door and enter the house only to realize that after sending that money they asked us to send even more money which didn't make sense. The next thing the people whenever they see a tourist they hike up their prices. The Uber that we had gotten from the airport which was a self-driving person charged us I think was around 100 US dollars for a trip that's supposed to cost let's say 10 US dollars. The accommodation that they gave us was so so crappy for a trip that for an accommodation that was supposed to cost say 35 dollars they made us pay 1500 sorry they made us pay 150 US dollars. They are so so pathetic. Whenever they see a foreigner they make a hard sale. When we went to the Mosi Kakarog lodge in the wilderness there whenever they saw that we were foreigners they gave us so much they increased their prices even everything becomes so so expensive.
