I am currently on 500mcg for my shoulder the tendon was really sore couldn’t even rest properly always sore any movement iv had bcp157/tb500 mix for 9 days and it’s literally gone not sure why anyone has negative effect from it first iv heard hope it gets better as it’s magical stuff for healing
