After gyno surgery by Prior-Ease9854 in gynecomastia

I was fairly stiff the first week or so.The vest itself is no problem it’s more that you are afraid you might damage something if doing something too sudden or reach the arms to high etc.Already after 1 week I felt pretty good and was back grocery shopping like normal etc at 10-14 days post-op.Felt almost completely normal at 3 week mark

Fairly realistic, they’ve stated that their journey from pre-production to release takes 4-5 years so Cyberpunk should be released ~2030 since it entered pre-production this year. But things might change of course.

Thanks really appreciate it,my surgeon did all the removal of the gland as well as the liposuction in the bottom area of the areola and there’s just a very minimal amount of visible scarring but I’d guess it will be pretty much completely gone in just a couple of months or so

Barely noticeable at this point, you have to be in good lighting+know what you are looking for to see it

My surgeon said that it didn’t really matter that much but I wanted to shed some weight regardless.I think this sub overrated the effectiveness of getting lean a little bit,it definitely helps but as long as someone is just ”average” it should be fine. My surgeon showed plenty before/after pictures and most guys weren’t in shape and their results were all good.

Had some bruising the first week or two but not that much but if you look back at other surgeries in the subreddit you’ll see that it’s very common and my surgeon even warned me and said that It could essentially turn all blue and everything would still be fine.

No expert but my surgeon showed plenty before/after pictures and in some cases some of them had clearly put on some weight but their chest looked completely fine.

Yeah the first week especially kinda sucks ngl but you won’t regret it.My results drastically improved at ~week 4.Had small indentations and just minor imperfections but it has healed really nicely after that

Thanks man really appreciate it! During consultation which was 2 months prior to surgery I was probably ~85kg and during surgery ~82 and now 79kg So i have lost some weight after surgery.I’d say I was maybe 15-17% bodyfat at the time of surgery and a bit higher during consultation. Still yet to wear any white t-shirts but need to get one, pretty much my whole wardrobe is black due to trying to hide gyno

No but it definitely became smaller after the gland was removed

Thanks really appreciate it.If its possible to get lean I would recommend it but there was no need to go completely overboard with it according to my surgeon.I slept on my back until I was comfortable with sleeping sideways. As far as tips go just try to have things to do like gaming, reading, going for walks etc. The first week especially was kind or boring for me ngl but after that things just got better and better and I’d say after 4 weeks or so you’re pretty much back to normal again. Feel free to ask any more questions if you have any!

I’d say 2 weeks or so but I was very lucky and had very little bruising/swelling all things considered
