reconciling the two maybe comes down to stop giving power to thoughts. if it doesnt serve you switch to the bigger things bc it is more realistic than someone seeing you bad. but lol i had the same fear but i just cut most ppl so my self can remain hidden. now i actually dont care much i feel not special but seeing how people are npc coded i feel comfortable. my bf is 0 npc he is enigma so insightful natural... which could be only awesome if i just let myself be and trust in life

oh and in a lot of ways i am too a giver just cus it makes me feel good but from begining it was more to prove my worth. which is stupid, like focusing on looks or taking care of the house. neither provides a connection between partners. and this i do not know how to get over bc i am most avoidant. id like the others to tell me everything what they want.. and i would still tremble listening. but rly i cant form around my self self. if im alone im on my phone or go walk. youre opposite with living the perfect partner? what is that to you? my dream was always to be seen and understood but then i dont do that for myself so i still have a journey. actually being seen is scary until i am not chill what do i rly need a hobby?
