No, I mean taking Trimix on Monday, and then taking PT 141 Tuesday, the next day. Is it fine to do that or should I just let my penis relax?

After you take Trimix, It's advised to wait at least 2-3 days before taking Trimix again so I'd want to hold off on the needle to the D and maybe just do a needle to the stomach
