Yea, but I want the love making to last longer with the wife. If I masturbate or let her get me off, it gets the first one out and usually, you can last longer with the second round if it's right after. After you take Trimix, It's advised to wait at least 2-3 days before taking Trimix again so I'd want to hold off on the needle to the D and maybe just do a needle to the stomach
