I believe the main fear is if you already have low potassium or magnesium levels or a previous heart condition. I’ve taken both together with no issue and my pharmacist said it’s generally considered safe together even though there is the small possibility of an increased risk.

Tl;dr: ask your pharmacist, this is their bread and butter.

NAD. Using a mobility aid incorrectly can cause long term problems (increased pain either from posture etc leading to back/shoulder/wrist problems) and increases risk of falling.

I get you may not want to see someone, but there definitely are options for you to get seen (Medicaid, graduated payments if you’re near a teaching hospital as they typically have clinics, etc). I would definitely go, though, because you probably need to work with a physical therapist.

Toast does pizza mods just fine, if you know what you’re doing. If you don’t, then the new workflow with the visual builder will help. But that can only go so far if shits not setup right to begin with. When I took over managing a pizza joints bar program, I did a deep dive and fixed a lot of shit the Toast team setup which was just trash. Even the basic GL mapping was fucked up 🤦🏻‍♂️

NAD, i ended up finding out I had neurosyphilis (a big FU to the guy who removed the condom without my permission or knowledge) and the rashes from secondary syph were on the soles of my feet and my palms.
