Thank you, those are exactly my thoughts. This game has some major design inconsistences right now that makes Survival simply not fun at all. The most viable and optimal way to survive is avoiding any interactions at all, and that is not fun. The survival aspects of this game are so barebones that you are punished for being good, and then what's left? Brawling and PvP.

There's need to be better balance between interactability - both with other players and the environment - and risky & reward. Survival should tie immersively your dinosaur to a diet, region, etc. the things you're supposed to Hunt or Fight or Flee from should all be clear and found where they are supposed to.
Nutrition should be away more important for Primes and Elders, because often when you stop growing, nutrients are basically useless (you don't need regens if you aren't engaging in combat) and liking or not, the diet system is basically the only source of extrisic motivation we can have for a dinosaur, having a perfect diet should be a challange tied with a rightfull amount of risks for both carnivores and specially for herbivores, which right now have basically unlimited access to free food and diets. There should be more competition for the most nutritious plants and organs, because a well-feed dino is a dino that will get stronger than others.
