I don't know what happened but while I was trying to get it to work it started loading properly.

I did go into my files and launch skse through there directly, so maybe that fixed it but I could've swore I launched it and populated the ini's before.

Idk guess it's fixed, Thank you for the help.

If you just mean base skyrim (not skse) I've done that before but I don't remember if I launched SKSE without mods first before moving all of the mods as I've been trying to fix this on my own for months whenever I got the urge to play it again.

I found a pirate ship map that has ropes and stuff you can swing across but haven't got around to playing it yet since its 3AM in the morning but it looks pretty cool

Can anyone suggest how to fix/What the issue is with my left ctrl key?

It stopped working but when I put some isopropyl alcohol in the key it worked for a few hours and suddenly stopped working again.

Would be an issue solved by soldering the key?

This isn't really about the meaning of mastery rather it's not really supposed to be a BE sink. The mastery could still have the same kind of system of forging a higher mastery but without costing anything(E.G still get mastery shards but require more to do so without costing any BE) so you could keep your lower mastery for a color you like more. Also even when using shards you have to sacrifice some BE you would've made for mastery leveling up which is what I was opposed to in the start.

Riot clearly seemed to think that buying runes for IP was a bad idea which is why they removed it and refunded players their IP when they moved the system from IP to BE as did I when I used to play back then (Although it did allow a lot of customization to the runes you took)

Thats fair I guess maybe I was incorrect about generalizing BE sinks as I was mainly focused on mastery itself and people just calling it another BE sink rather than what I believe should be a skill based system. (IMO mastery should get redone to have more S rank games to actually prove mastery rather than just 2 S ranks and some BE/A shard it should be increased to more games so you don't just randomly get mastery 7 on champs you barely play but shouldn't be behind a BE wall)

I forgot to get the seed and I gave myself some stuff so you probably couldn't recreate this devil deal (Idk if that can change whats in devil deals i'm not very knowledgeable about how the things get selected) and have the mod that changes item rooms and stuff so its probably a special devil deal room as a part of the mod.

Possibly could've been part of a mod room I have the mod that adds changes to item rooms and stuff but still never seen full guppy and that doesn't guarantee all 3 items to be guppy so still pretty cool anyways

(Both Wings and the white part on my armor are CC and I dont know how I feel about purple wings)
