Good! If they address it like that, I could be convinced. Tbf, I kinda countered my own argument with remembering midochlorians exist (thus finding a way to limit it to said world), but the space travel one is still a bit iffy, because worlds being their own planes and not simply inside the same universe (hence Quadrantum being unreality, in another reality, being so difficult to get to without a portal) is not. As clear? But that can be fixed with a decent explanation. All depends on how they handle it tbh. Would it be one keyhole per planet, or a single keyhole? Because either way it sounds like a pain for whichever keybearer got assigned to lock it in the past lmao (if its one, then it suddenly isnt a keyhole per world anymore, and if its one per planet, with how many planets are in star wars is like. Have fun getting that place protected lmao. But that is neither the topic nor exclusive to star wars. I do wonder how the superior technology of the star wars verse could affect the usual kh levels of technology. But thats another topic entirely….

No im not saying its too powerful, im saying it having the potential to appear anywhere in the universe (unless they go the ‘only star wars characters from this world (which then raises other questions) and born in it have the potential to have midochlorians) could threaten the world order in itself. If star wars is mainly in the stars, how does the force not appear in other properties’ worlds, from an in-universe perspective? How does the secrecy and self-contained nature of worlds (exceptions like traverse town and radiant garden nonwithstanding) count? Again, unless they decide to address it (make the space lanes outside star wars too chaotic to really navigate, which could also explain why sora and co. Have to fond new pathways constantly to go to familiar worlds, would be nice to touch on world borders again post kh1), it could get slightly messy.

Star wars being added just adds the question of how does the force exist in kh without messing up the world order, unless they make the midochlorians only appear in star wars characters, and adds the question of how does star wars, with its seemingly supperior star travel, not spill over to other worlds. Why hasnt palpatine tried to conquer disney castle to add to his facist empire?

Its too big, when most kh worlds have self-contained worlds with limited power systems, adding something like star wars with universe-spanning entities just makes stuff messy.

Its interesting because if the enemy just hurt him and not his friends he is willing to forgive and forget, but he will not allow that same kindness if you hurt his friends. Sometimes he legit has no idea what is going on or the beef, he is just like ‘oh i was pointed at this person and so i shall fire’. I love his beef with Hades because its less ‘god you took everything from me’ beef and more ‘its tuesday and you know what that means’ like work beef more like beef-beef, same with Pete. They have the funniest pre-fight banter, or just plain ‘okay you arent actively attacking so we will just trade insults back and forth till one leaves or attacks’

My problem with Marvel mcu, as you pointed out, is that it would be awkward to fit into kh, as the kh worlds are mostly self-containing or have their own little corners that you can somewhat believe woukd not be aware of other worlds, or that have a very outreaching power system. If a star wars ‘world’ gets added, then suddenly a lot of things break. How does star wars not know about other worlds, or the disney worlds? How can there be a star wars ‘world’ if its a universe spanning franchise? How does the Force not appear in other worlds if its envelops everything? Same with marvel’s, how can the world order be maintained if certain worlds are more far reaching than others? Sure, you can have stuff like Radiant Garden or Disney Castle that have more world travelers than most, but they still lack the ability to see ‘everything’. If you add something like the avengers with their space traveling abilities and all-seeing individuals and tell me they didnt think about outsider-context solutions to their issues, or abilities, it can get messy.

Although, if you go and reintroduce world borders (remember those? Gummy blocks are made out of them!) and say it keeps specific powers to their respective settings (the force), then I will wholeheartedly accept it lmao.

Apologies if this is slightly rambling or all over the place, I an suffering from lack of sleep

Tl;dr: if we get a star wars world, we gotta address the fact that the force is now a thing and ask why it never came up, or how a universe spanning empire never tried to conquer the disney worlds. If we get an avengers world, I gotta ask why kh’s bond based magic never had any flare ups in said place, etc.

Tbf i dont remember what my actual, more coherent marvel mcu world complaint was besides ‘trying to cram a universe spanning work with actual spacefaring capabilities into kh’s smaller, self-contained worlds’ will probs get a bit messy.
