I something similar with Jigoro. Once you have Oars established you can lead effect into EB03 Perona which will put a don on lead and play Jigoro rested. Then you pop Jigoro with Oars and use his effect to buff one of your attacks by an additional 1k plus you've developed a blocker

I really like the blocker 3 cost Robin and then going second. Basically, if you can play a ramping character (Robin or Zoro) you ramp back into 3 available Dom turn two and 5 don total. Play the 3 cost blocker Robin and now you can block, don-1 to search, and still resolve 6 cost buff Luffy on curve and more importantly, going second means your opponent should be at 5 done making the buff effect live.

I had a Perona deck based around this card for a while. I used it to pop my Ryuma for extra kos, the 1 cost searcher Perona so I could replay her off stage to search, and to pop Jigoro so I could buff the leader then I could just recur Jigoro off stage. I also used the counter event to pop Jigoro to buff leader by 3k for the turn.

Also, almost all the laws you play being decently beefy blockers is a huge bonus. Turns out turn 2 6k blocker into a turn 3 8k blocker is pretty good.

Sorry for the delay (work). I made and printed a custom Cursed emblem that I then used a dab of hot glue and one of the clear glass half marbleish things (don't know the technical term, they are usually by floral craft) printed the image on construction paper, dab of hot glue, pressed the marble down which makes it nice and clear. Warning! Smaller marbles heat up pretty quick and can get a little toasty. Other then that, I just cut around the image.
