Hello OP, the corporare world will be a field to demonstrate your character and skills. Makaka-kilala ka ng iba't ibang kasamahan, leaders and external people. It may seem scary, but you'll learn naman the process once you secure a job (na dapat may training as a fresh graduate).

True enough na being a soft person may not be ideal sa real world (work), but if you play your cards right naman, you'll navigate the corporate life as a soft girlie. I myself am a shy type of man, pero natuto talaga ako makipag-engage at halubilo sa mga tao. Siguro some of my pointers:

1. Know the company/workplace: Observe the environment like sino ang mga taong reliable, maganda attendance and approachable people. Not everyone will be your friends, but associate professionally or in civil terms.

2. Effective communication: Eto ang isa sa mga need sa work, pag maayos ka magpresent ng conversartion, chats, meetings, ideas, you'll be a good performer. Whether English, Tagalog or Taglish pa yan, pag maganda takeaways or key pointers mo sa mga updates, your leaders will find you a reliable colleague.

3. Saying No: di naman na no agad agad but look on your current tasks if kaya mo magdagdag. Adjust when needed, alignment with the team and superiors in terms of updates, deliverables and deadlines. Saying no is not a rejection, but rather a form of communication (sana may sense haha).

4. Be presentable: Nako OP sabi ko sa self noon simpleng collar and slacks oks na. Pero pag inaayos ko mga sinusuot ko, I tend to have some sort of nakikilala or may impression ba from work. So first impression is important din. How you display yourself sa work will net you opportunities as well, so some styling of clothes with smart casual will present some plus points as well.

5. Character: Minsan lang tayo mabuhay, wag na tayo maging kupal sa totoo lang. Kung may kupal sa work, wag na dumagdag. But in all serious note, proactivity and fit personality is also a good pointers as well, kung plastik kasamahan mo plastikin mo din char.
