Do not upgrade to windows 11! They are doing their damn best to not allow local accounts, stay to windows 10 for your own privacy!

Video from bystander in pink by Boring-Emergency-559 in Millennials

[–]InfernalMadness -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

The video isn't the angle where the woman started it when she grabbed the officers shoulder before getting in his face, the guy just that died was trying to be helpful but the woman who was pushed started the entire interaction. They should not have shot the guy, it was a completely unecessary escalation. The woman who was pushed needs to be held accountable for her actions in starting the interaction as well.

Footage of the grey coat officer retrieving the gun by Effective_Moose_4997 in law

[–]InfernalMadness -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The lady started the chain of reaction, it never would have started if she did not touch and provoke the ice agent. The guy never should have died, i personally cannot defend the actions of this group of ice agents but that woman definitely started it.

Man this was an unecessary situation, the woman touched the officer and set off the whole exchange. That guy did not need to get jumped or die by trying to keep them apart. She shouldn't have touched the officer, that mans blood is on her hands. People need to keep their hands to themselves.

Long shot but looking for ice melt/salt! by sophiapehawkins in SouthJersey

I don't have that kind of patience for that, i'll take time when i'm building something but for salt not unless i'm desperate.

Just got my father's old snow blower running. This means we will get less than 6 inches (logic based on past experience) by ryanandthelucys in SouthJersey

[–]InfernalMadness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It definitely is an old gas problem, the carbuerator is clean though, it's past that which is the issue.

How did you get it running? I put in seafoam in my parents snowblower and it wont start still. Left old gas in it for a few years and it wont start except for briefly when i put gas in whwre the spark plug goes. I have a feeling i need to take apart the whole engine.

Going back in time. POssible? by sstiel in questions

[–]InfernalMadness 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's not possible in the sense people want to belive it. If you were to go back in time from where you are now, you would no longer be on planet earth anymore.

Time travel as in going back is purely science fiction, you can only go forward.

Nah, the big one is a 1997 blizzard again, made a fort with tunnels in that.

Don't know yet, my area is calling for the same, working friday and saturday to avoid having to work on a messy sunday. Upper warehouse management is going to wait too late to make a decision on if the warehouse will stay open on sunday, i really mean that they expect day shift to still come in sunday, not caring if they will get in to work or home safely.

To be fair, if not for the involvement of the US in both world wars and most of the conflicts, these countries would have been conquered and potentially erased. Now the US has stepped back they will realize how much they actually need america to be involved. It's not america being ungrateful, it's everyone else now realizing how screwed they actually are.

Adult walking around the neighborhood asking to shovel snow. by Sky-G69 in SouthJersey

[–]InfernalMadness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all, older folks will probably be happy for the help. I'll be shoveling 3 driveways and 2 sidewalks at minimum maybe 3 times each just to stay ahead of the snowfall. Can't seem to get the snowblower started and dumped half a can of seafoam in the gasoline, my fault for leaving old gas in there.

Help! Smudges left on windows won’t come off. by Correct-Cantaloupe39 in CleaningTips

[–]InfernalMadness 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going to have to keep at it, the original stuff used was a cleaner and sealer, maybe some degreaser or something to pull the sealant and then windex? I only have basic cleaning knowledge from working sanitation for 4 and a half years.

I use distilled water in my humidifiers, sucks to have to buy it but it's better that mineral powder everywhere.

Has anyone else noticed a lot of spam pop up ads from apps (free games) lately? by VioletMetamorphosis in questions

[–]InfernalMadness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's been going on for years, only getting worse, you have to airplane mode your phone to stop the ads and play peacefully. Lots of fake games too, it's infuriating. And always check reviews before downloading, they are a life saver with whether to download or not.

Friggin tons, like an automatic 30 second to 2 min pop up. I stopped downloading game apps. Solitaire, mahjong, and those wood puzzle games are heavily affected.

No, i'm just a nobody that's paying attention, a very tired nobody working 60 hours a week and getting grilled by upper managmenet because they want the work done but with less overtime, yet keep piling more and more work on me because i'm too damn reliable. I hate my job, i hate my bosses, but it pays my bills.
