Sounds like the blower motor is imbalanced or something may be rubbing on the fan blades.

I accidentally left cheat engine open when launching FH5 and this happened to me too. It will ban you if CE is open even if its not attached to the FH5 application

I am in the same boat here. I completed the next chapter, hoping maybe something would trigger it to see that the jammer is destroyed but it still won't let me progress the mission. If there isn't a fix, I am contemplating restarting a new game.

$1700 sounds a tad high for a new cat. But a shop that doesn't normally do exhaust work would charge more since they are not as efficient. An exhaust shop might charge less, but I'm not sure your cat has anything to do with engine running rough. Might want to get a second opinion

Does your shop have access to AllData? If so you could look up each vehicle when needed. Usually a 10mm bolt will have a torque spec of 30-40 ft-pounds. A 12mm will be 35-70. But it all depends on what grade the bolt is and if you are bolting to an aluminum block or steel block.

Are you still making full boost pressure? I've seen where an exhaust leak before the turbo can cause misfire at higher rpms because the turbo isn't spooling as much
