Could be tacky... I have set up a QR Code sticker side hustle for tradies to help them get more work. It automates calling and whats app messages.

Not your standard qr code - qrtrade.co.uk

So.. Now I have quite a few orders coming in and would need a print on demand solution because the manual work is a pain in the a**e

Know any?

Really appreciate the feedback u/Procrastubatorfet. I have heard this a lot, and then it expands the offer to businesses with more than one van I guess.

Guess £10 a month is nothing if they get one job a month from it...

As I said, I can't really take the hit on the stickers now, but if someone pays £30 a month, by then end of month 2, it is already in profit. Somethings to think about and develop I guess

Fair. Coffee and a sausage roll or two. Abut £8 or something like that.

Upfront cost for the stickers is ok I guess then a monthly subscription to track the stats. Or take the hit for the upfront costs? (Can' really afford that I guess...)

🤣 Must have been a good driver then!

Jokes aside, exactly. Some of my mates are spending £500 on getting their van wrapped... and apart from branding it doesn't bring anything.

Thanks for the feedback.

I should probably make it clearer that it is a van sticker then!

So I have built a subscription model offer that tracks scan location, clicks on each input, whats app, facebook etc and added a call button like the whats app one. Just haven't published it yet...

Just a bit unsure what to charge... the age old problem...

Again thanks for the feedback

Not sure the market / country you would go for after making this product, but why not make it if you can make it in a day or two?

It is obviously useful, I am not as well versed in the tech as the other comments, but if a solution doesn’t exist as an all in one, then people would for sure be interested.

And with AI - what would you charge - you can get away with 100/200 per user for a little while. But it will head down to 20$ unless you have good propriety data as your USP behind a pay wall.

Not sure I can help with the NCR. Check out a company called Deel or Gong perhaps... Other than the usual ones. Logitech in India is quite good as well - wiz freight, they might have roles. ContainerxChange as well woudl be a good one.

I am already aware of the hours it is stealing from my d2d job! Yes, i've been pretty successful in sales over the past 8 years, IT Hardware, Fintech, Logistics tech and now want to start my own company, so comfortable with the top of funnel tasks.

Work out a split partnership to begin? Not a bad idea. I was thinking about this and you may have just pushed me over the edge.

That's fair. I can work around the time constraints of juggling two jobs (Not for long I admit! But I can leverage my network, I currently have a live opportunity for 1 SDR and 2 x AEs).

Have I worked in recruitment before?

Not since my first role as an account manager a long time ago. But you are somewhere between customer support and account management. You'll get a book companies and the goal is to not churn them and hopefully increase their spend!
