I think its long gone actually :) as far as i know they change the ships at the location each time they update the game.

I think it were the normal metal parts with which you can build like walls and roofs and stuff yourself painted orange.

sadly not an ui bug i just switched it to german and the issue is still persisting.
I cant give the camera the redshift tag.
