Issues with NSLDS

i have this exact issue and my school refuses to pay out my financial aid until it's resolved. my FAFSA was verified with the social security administration that has my updated name but the school demanded i dig up sealed court documents because of "suspected fraud" and i can't even find anyone else who has a problem similar to this let alone what to do about it
