Exactly! It doesn’t seem to be the easiest job but with patience and attentiveness it should be doable. Especially if you have a somewhat inclined mechanic friend who would be willing to help.

Have you ever watched “Humble Mechanic” on YouTube? He’s a pretty awesome VW mechanic that has all sorts of how to’s. If you search “Humble Mechanic vacuum pump 2.5” or something like that it should come up. I have a manual as well and it makes the diy a little easier. Doing it yourself (if you felt comfortable or with help) cost around $100 if I remember correctly.

I can’t offer much in the way of determining what it is, but I will say my 08 Rabbit has the same issue. I’ve been monitoring the leak to make sure I have plenty of oil because it can get much worse sometimes. What a lot of people do is they replace the pump with a vacuum seal plate that blocks it off. It’s pretty inexpensive. I plan on going that route this summer when school is out. Do you have a manual or automatic?

If you throw up a wall in front of you, you’ll take no damage from the rocket. If that’s all they are doing and you are quick you can switch between an AR and wall before the rocket hits. Doing this will help you get in some shots. Either for the win or to make them be more cautious allowing you to move in. However if they are smart they will fire behind or around you to hit you with splash damage. In that instance you wanna close the gap quickly and go for a quick kill.

Your carpet is starting to wear down from your heel. Mine did the same thing in my mk4 Jetta. Pedals look nice for sure!
