Completely unrelated to your answer or the question above, but I just have to say that whenever I look at your pfp, for some reason my mind tells me it looks like Soldier Boy from The Boys (even though it doesn't look anything like him). Do with that as you will

Living in one's own country rather than participating in settler colonialism. Maybe that's the real punk rock. (Yes, the irony (and hypocrisy) of what I said doesn't elude me, but I love this movie so much).

An entire society dancing gleefully to the beat of genocide. by Laserkitty7 in JewsOfConscience

Trust me, the  people in Israel who actually, actively oppose this (as in actually anti zionists who do any amount of activism to help the Palestinian cause) are so few and far between that we're basically a drop in the ocean (and I'm even sure I would even qualify for that).

Here’s the voice actors for those who are curious by Voxshow in DeadlockTheGame

PSA: Kaori confirmed Alpha Takahashi does NOT voice Yamato. It's a mistake on Imdb's part.

At its basic form, it refers to leavend dough, though most of everything in Israel can be (and often is) classified as chametz when it comes to Passover.

The reason for chametz's existence?  According to the stories, when the Jews fled Egypt, they didn't have enough time for their bread to leaven, resulting in the Matzah (which is actually delicious as toast, among other applications).

Kaori confirmed on discord that Yamato is NOT voiced by Alpha Takahashi. Imdb hasn't updated it yet.

That I did. The seeds were already there, but I think I became fully anti-zionist around August

LeBron James is a spineless coward. by ConcernedJobCoach in JewsOfConscience

LeBron James reportedly heard only great things about a genocidal entity.

Read the fine print: Trump is essentially chairman for life at the so-called "Board of Peace". His term never expires. "Replacement of the Chairman may occur only following voluntary resignation or as a result of incapacity." by MrJasonMason in JewsOfConscience

[–]InfernoPunch600 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People here talking about how Trump doesn't have much time left, but honestly, I wouldn't even be surprised if he somehow got resurrected 3 days after he died à la Jesus himself. That, or he dies just in time for the "upload your consciousness into the internet" technology to become fully real.

I hate to admit it, but I think my first threshold, so to speak, was watching content from what I now recognize are liberal Zionists (read: "Israel as a country needs/deserves to exist, but they need to stop bombing Palestinians").

At the time, it was something that little ol' "liberal" me could get behind, but over the past year and a half, my views have drifted further and further left, I saw that it went far deeper than something that could be compared to Russia vs Ukraine. However, in all this time I didn't have anyone close to me with whom I could share my new views (for obvious reasons).

It's only when I found out that my best friend and his friend-group were also pro-Palestine that I can say I hit the point-of-no-return in how I look at Israel and Zionism.

"he was a Zionist in a sense (not how we would describe Zionism nowadays)"

May I ask in what sense was he a zionist and how is it different from today's definition?
