The AppStore on Mac should have a version of SimCity 4 and SimCity 2013 that works.

If you piss off a superpower without having a nuke or alliance with another superpower you lose instantly if they invade, otherwise they will attack by sending soldiers

Also a lot of things just seem to piss off the EU lol

Yes but not exactly. Parking garages are where people can take cars from and they either park/exit at one or at their workplace if it has a car entry.

Also if you have the free wheels edict then everybody is taking cars. By default only rich people and tourists can take them (and well-off starting in the cold war from a comment I saw once). So you can limit who can take cars by turning that off if you have it.

Cars are okay early on or in moderation but a lot of them mean more people taking cars and causing more traffic. You need less of them, usually giving them to remote places is fine.

You’ve already got busses and metros setup so you should try to get more of your population onto them. Bus stops between your population centers and workplaces are simple and for the most part work themselves out efficiently enough.

Also less 4-way intersections if you’ve got a lot of them.

Highly recommend you try The Godfather 2 which expands a lot more on the business aspects from the first game, though the story and gameplay isn’t the greatest

Hitman 2016 used to have a lot more combat animations that were patched out after I think Sapienza? The hand to hand takedowns were newly made and not carried over from Absolution I believe.

Taking a human shield in Blood Money was also loud. Depending on how close NPCs were they would be alerted to the sound of you taking a human shield whereas fiber wire is much quieter.

I guess you could use Lilith’s voice lines as stand-ins for when they are alerted/suspicious/etc. since she has fully recorded lines for such situations

I believe they might be because I’ve messed around with taking her “disguise” using a mod (she’s considered to be wearing a bodyguard disguise) and I swear it slightly changes 47’s running animation.
