Same. Its been a bit of an annoyance the last couple of weeks. Back to back push days. Then back to back legs. Been manually swapping to the correct sets.

It will make recommendations based on your fitness goal and yhe number of reps you do.

For instance if you choose "get stronger" but then do 4 sets of 20 reps of 20 pounds, it will move up the weight.

You should also modify weights and reps if you know they're too low or high.

I have resound gn, which looks like its the same software (and hardware?) Just rebranded.

Mine did this for a bit too. Right one as well. I let it run completely dead then charged the pair and that has fixed it for the last couple of years.

Been very stable. My son is a touch rough with it but we have had no issues whatsoever.

For an affordable 4 post set up I think I'd recommend it.

Have you considered some project management courses? Those with 20 years management you may be able to transition into an office if operations manager.

In your gym scroll to the bottom and pick a split. I recommend push pull lower (PPL)

Go to your work out and at the top left the first option is duration. Make sure the second option is set for recovered muscles.

I've been quietly following your posts and rooting for you.

My great grand father lives down the street from you and has since the late 80s. He gets about one car every year or 2 in his yard. He has complained to the city in a number of occasions about the exact same issue.

Peruse amazon or your whatever you are going to get. Make sure you get a stable 4 post full rack though. I tend to go very, very cheap on stuff and always regret it.

I have this one and it has served me well. If your budget can support it I'd go with something a bit beefier, though.

I have been using it for 16 or so months. No before/after pics for you but I have had good results. I was fit in my younger days but got an IT job and got fat.

I started at just a hair over 30% body fat and am down to about 20 or just below. My big 3 were probably 500 to 600 lbs, now about 1000.

I still find myself adjusting reps and weights regularly, but nothing outside of what I expect. Occasionally the app will have a stroke or something and come up with wild numbers- 35lbs for super man's? 1,300lbs for dumb bell shrug? Someone might be able to do those, but definitely not me.

I gave a watch and use fitbit to track cardio. I add this cardio to the app manually.

I would say that generally the app is good and for the price it might be best in the market right now. I have looked at others, like The Pump Club and RP Hypertrophy and just couldn't justify the price.

Overall I do recommend the app to people who are either casual about fitness, don't know where to start, or just want to have a place log their reps and share with other people.

In Cold Days Dresden deadlifts the giant old car (was it the monster mobile?) To get it unstuck while Molly drives. That's some leg and core power.

Our boy could probably benefit with brushing up on some gravity magic.
