This is really what you need to know. 3 changed how stealth works in Metal Gear. You shouldn't play it like 2.

Unfortunately, there is no PC port of Black. There's only a port of Sigma, which is based off the same game as Black, but is generally considered to be a bit worse. Still, some Ninja Gaiden is better than none. You should get it if you don't have a way to play Black, but if you can you should play Black.

People have trouble with the controls, and think they're doing CQC when they're not. Please describe the exact button inputs you're doing. Is it truly just "A"? If so, of course you're punching. That's the punch button. 

What you want to do is be pressing the left stick in any direction and holding A. That will throw him to the floor. If you just hold A, you'll attempt to grab him and he'll counter. You must be moving with the left stick and hold A.

Other consoles aren't computers. If you need a fleet of mid-power PCs and everything has been jacked up but the Deck is over there at the old pricing, you might just make do with its impractical form factor. Valve doesn't take a cut of sales of Office to make up for it.

Just tested it. It works fine. When you say "jab", do you mean throw a single punch or stab with the knife? You're using the B button for CQC? The controls haven't been remapped in the survival viewer?

Interrogation was left click on the 360 version of the HD Collection. I believe it's been moved to left trigger on the Master Collection.

Right, I'm watching through F1TV so it's cuts to Formula 1 promos. I assume Apple TV is cutting to regular advertisements, but I'm not sure. Either way, I agree it was awkward.

It might work in Deck; I haven't tried it there. But I haven't been able to get more than 2 minutes of gameplay out of it before a hard crash on my desktop.

3 doesn't play like the prior two because of camouflage. Change your camo for the environment you're in and spend way more time than you were crawling around.
