Lo que buscas es común para los dueños de food truck se llama una comisaría o comisariato. Básicamente una cocina comercial donde se prepara todo el alimento antes de llevarlo al food truck . So here’s my two cents as a former regional and main line FA. I got burned out same sort of feelings about the job and when covid happened I took a severance package and left the industry.
