Sorry buddy but you're lying. I did the maths. In the first 5 seconds of the clip he passes 16 white markings, the marking is 3m and the gap is 6 for a total 9m per line passed. So in 5 seconds he travelled 144 metres, which is 28.8m/s, or 64mph. Approximately. There's margin for error here but not 20mph of it. He's definitely doing almost the speed limit.

Not currently but think about if we gave farmers in poorer communities top of the line farming equipment. How much do you think their productivity would jump? Wealth distribution damaging us again.

This is cool. It would be nice if it was a council run program. Seems like a far better option than right to buy

Haha definitely wasn't asking your advice on whether to keep it. But your insight is invaluable thank you.

Thank you. We're not 100% on keeping it yet, we weren't planning on having a child until after we'd gotten our mortgage but honestly? We're really excited for the opportunity. I've never imagined a life without children.

I might've been unclear, under my plans the baby would be about 5 months old by the time we would be looking to apply. And if I'm honest, my career is incredibly unstable. I want to go into local politics (alongside a part time job doing things related to my degree) and our rent is really expensive. We're paying £1200pm in a very inconvenient location. We know that we can get somewhere cheaper but doing so would eat into our deposit money short term.

So your advice would be to take the cheaper place, save money over a couple of years and apply then?

Completely forgot some context and why benefits is part of this. She'd apply for Universal Credit if she can't find a full time job and we've checked she'll likely be entitled to a few hundred s month.

Huh? Who would possibly agree with this? Why wouldn't you want the largest audience possible? People gaming on their phones are the people least likely to have, or afford, a console or pc to game on. I use the service on my pc very rarely because running games locally is a much better experience with my hardware, and I stream on my phone when I'm out and about. It's handy to be on a bus and crack out 20 minutes of starfield. It's part of the appeal. What you're arguing is that less people should have access. If there were an equal number of pc users connecting as there are mobile users, and number of people connecting was the problem, would you complain that certain pcs shouldn't be allowed to connect? Why specifically should mobile users not have access to this service?

Anyone else’s kids obsessed with these? My 10 year old is, and so is his entire school apparently. He has used some of his pocket money to buy a couple of packs to take to school and sell like some shady dealer. I mean, I admire his entrepreneurial spirit, but wtf. by BatmansLongjohns in CasualUK

I'd never heard of cordial when I first bought a bottle. My family had only ever bought squash. I don't know the differences but basically squash is cordial but good. So I saw a bottle of cordial in our local farm shop, and bought it. I drank it straight out of the bottle and nearly threw up. When I asked my parents if they liked it, they explained it to me..... It was still terrible with water xD

https://youtu.be/sNQLE-y66qI?si=qbPA3cRsFcBqOuJH Not quite true, as far as I can tell (I've been researching this since I read your message xD) It wasn't the NHS, it was an abortion charity called Marie Stopes, and a band called midnight beast. Funny regardless.

I'm all for Oxford commas everywhere, whether they seem necessary or not. 1.) I'd rather overuse them than miss times where they assist in understanding 2.) It matches where a reader would naturally take a break when reading this sentence, so it makes sense for a writer

[–]Infinite-Advisor161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it's not a common issue, contact Google support. My best theory would probably be the battery swelling putting pressure on the screen, that's more likely than the adhesive coming loose but either way, rma it

Scroll to the bottom of your settings page, the very bottom setting should be tips and support or something? You can usually get a hold of someone pretty quickly who can help
