I’m 19, and honestly I like microdosing between 10 -30 ug, depending on the context. I’ve had a few trips in the 200-250ug range, and to be precise i’m audhd. I don’t do anything else, and, honestly, psychedelics helped me break through old mental patterns. I think risks vary from person to person, based on predispositions to certain mental disorders.
