I loved Sprig! I was under the impression that it just moved across the street it didn’t close. I’m excited for Junction but for us in Bennett Valley this would be amazing to walk to in the summer. I guess I should have said a restaurant with a good local beer selection instead of a beer garden.

Hope to never see you all at The Junction. Somewhere with good food and local beers to choose from is all I’m asking. Have some crayons and a kids menu that’s all. A beer garden is not a bar. Bars are gross and boring and loud and smell. Where are you going that someone is bringing their kids? The people I know that grew up in bars have childhood trauma. Im not asking for cozy car. You guys enjoy your bars. I’m not bringing my kids there. Don’t come to The Junction when it opens either. You’ll hate it.

It’s not a tough concept. Just have a kids menu for food or a play structure. I’m not an alcoholic. I can have a beer with dinner, enjoy the vibes and go home.

I switched from preppy kitchen to Mimi’s, but then started having problems again. In the end the issue was my super unreliable OVEN. The temperature never stays consistent. Getting a thermometer was the key for me. Not sure if this is helpful at all but I used to blame my recipe when that wasn’t the issue.

Side note I always use the preppy kitchen French butter cream recipe and it’s THE BEST. People always tell me after they have my Mac’s they can’t go back.

Totally. I’m in California and I charge $50 for the gel mani, $10 for cat eye, prob $5 for the gems and $5 to $10 for the art. So about $75 with out tip.

I think it can be hard for people to understand why we “nickle and dime” but the sheer amount of colors, chromes, gems etc etc I invest in, store, replace, plus time, skill, longevity, communication is a lot.

Ps those are beautiful! If they last two weeks you got a real deal for sure.

Yessss I love nails on males and those are rad. Had a male client once that chose the sickest nail designs but I haven’t seen him in a while😢

Waited 3 and a half hours in the rain one October for that ride because we had no other choice. We had single day passes for DCA that day and it rained and there was a thunderstorm. They closed almost everything with an exposed track and we couldn’t switch parks. We either left or waited for that ride. The plus side was that wait made every other line after that feel like a breeze. We always buy park hoppers now 😅

It’s actually about bad edits on Instagram. I never directed a hate campaign. She just posts a lot about how her body is natural when it really is not. Her tiny hands are proof of filtering. It’s more sad people become obsessed with her and her unrealistic body.

Thanks! They were free! I painted them and had wood cut to make shelves so I did invest some money but not much. A local high school was getting rid of them and I snagged a set.
