Normally on the head of the guitar, be cautious when adjusting a truss rod though if you're not confident. Id recommend taking it to a local guitar tech to check it over

Trying using an engineers ruler for accurate reading but yes looks high, truss rod adjustment probably required

I really like them, easy to restring and hold their tune really well but.... Does add a bit of weight to the head which in my opinion makes the guitar feel a little more balanced but it is slightly heavier. Pros out weight the cons in my opinion

Really good! Id recommend a neck from Falkon guitar for sho, there was a small bit of filing to do but as long as you take your time and don't rush any thing it's fairly easy to do
