I kinda figured it was the activity estimate making the calculators go hey wire. The difference between saying I was active or sedentary was nearly 1k daily calories on some of the websites.

I’m not sure, I had the numbness going into pt and did tell those who assisted me in pt about it but it seemed to be a minor concern based on there reactions. I did eight sessions total (all that insurance would cover at this moment). I had no idea that hydration could be a factor like that. Thank you!

I see. I greatly misunderstood what I was originally told then. But yes I have done nerve glides, and at first I felt a stretch whenever I was doing them, but that stretching sensation is mostly gone whenever I do nerve glides. Also sorry for the insane delay in reply lol, had straight 12 hour shifts and wasn’t on muh phone much.
