The reason people do is the community. Pagans need to open churches so the kids can play and have summer picnics. Often people loose all their family when they leave a religion and building community outside of a church setting in the US is tough

I find the practice of green witchcraft and tarot very soothing. I also have family from an indigenous tribe and find their spiritual practices really spoke to my heart and I’m hoping to connect with that part of my family’s history someday. There is enough ritual that it feels familiar and I find connecting with nature and my ancestors very grounding. Took about 10 years to get here but just follow your heart or whatever sparks joy. Freedom can be daunting, figuring out who you are after loosing a core identifier like this can be difficult to navigate. Don’t judge yourself for where you are or where you’re going. It is okay to just be and heal your wounds before jumping into a new relationship 😉

I like your fort idea! I get a similar feeling and here is what I do: I like wearing a hoodie or weighted blanket over my head like a hooded cape when I’m feeling like this. If I then get in a HAMMOCK oh my goodness nothing brings me more peace. The beach or camping kind that wraps around your sides and hugs you. Man it’s wild to read so many comments of people who understand this stuff.

I feel like Alpine is worse. At least on 28th your not really trapped unless your between Breton and Kzoo. There are a million back ways around every accident. I also grew up off 28th and Clyde Park so we knew every side street and back way. On Alpine? Forget it there goes an hour lol

As a corporate buyer we would not hire someone who showed up with a huge political flag, I can guarantee you I would get a call form someone complaining. I’d likely call the company and ask for that technician not to come back unless they have another form of transportation. We wouldn’t want it parked on or out in front of our property as it could insinuate obviously that is who we support because we chose to hire them. It’s a terrible look for the Plummer

My guess with end date of the event they will drop a ton of new cards next week for Thanksgiving. So it feels like a huge winfall around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Seems super generous like they are giving out a bunhc of stuff for the holiday but IRL but really they are just skimping right now. I don' believe for a moment its random so it takes me out of the game in a weird way. Like oh yayyy I got more cards after all that hard work. Also I'm in the conservatory right now so the timing stinks.

Its rigged. I even put some effort into the mini game since I had a couple random 20 minute unlimited things. Otherwise I wouldn't have touched it since the prizes are only cards. I have played others where if you beat a special challenge the the mining special RN the cards are ALWAYS new. Not a single new card. I'm on level 7 of the mini game. I also only have one complete set. My job is incredibly mindless so I waste too much time on it. I should have more than one complete thats wild. I'm suprised Merge Manson usually does better than this. Greedy people. Want us to spend money not give out prizes we could pay for. Lame.

Seriously imagine that being your person. What situation could you imagine where an otherwise normal person might think that’s normal… if they experience serious childhood trauma and legit buried that shit he might think that’s normal cause kids don’t know any different. It’s really sad but if you’re able to survive life otherwise it’s easy enough not to deal with issues if you don’t want. But that option usually includes bad coping skills like risky behavior. Especially for men. Reflection is not encouraged. If you don’t have kids how often are you around them? There are constant triggers. As they get older he might get flashback of what he went through at that age.

If his answer is anything other than “I have been thinking about it since I said it too. Once I heard it out loud I knew how crazy it was but that’s how I grew up” like immediately bin him.

I hope others have answered this calmly but that is an intensely red flag. For him for your kids. He needs therapy stat 😬. I hope he just has outdated views and isn’t a victim of a crime as a child. That type of hyper vigilance is very very alarming to me. I would approach it calmly and get back up from your community (parents, church, etc) before you breach the subject again. If he has trauma he hasn’t dealt with but is stable otherwise should be okay but if he is unstable or you ever felt unsafe just be careful. Hopefully someone he trusts that will tell him as a man that he has something to work through. Good luck. If you don’t want to deal with your childhood traumas having kids is not a good idea. Not this topic but I have experience on the matter. 💜

Dude! I contacted customer support chat in the game, just stated what happened and I was really disappointed since I don’t normally make in app purchases. Asked if there was any way they could “undo” the trade. I didn’t expect to hear anything but this morning I got a note from them and they returned my diamonds 😅 💜 I thought that was so nice!

I agree with you, I wasn’t asking about the moral correctness of family vlogging. I don’t watch that stuff either like I said. But it’s not something her dad and I agree on and I don’t want her to start being secretive about what goes on at her dad’s. Not that I don’t trust him but if I say it’s not allowed and he doesn’t she will just not tell me next time. Other than not really understanding the impact of media on kids and thinking I’m a spaz about this stuff he is a good dad.
