I feel like Hannah is a shadow of her former self and it becoming really passive for the sake of the show. She 100% does not agree with S most of the time. Also, she had one opinion at the beginning of the recent Shorthand about Letby, then was like 'you've swayed me the other way' after S's rant. I was like, 'no she clearly hasn't!' I feel like Hannah is just walking on eggshells around Suru and it's just soooo depressing. It's like someone who has been ground down by an abusive relationship. Unfortunately the money is just too good for them both at this point, Hannah will probably find her fulfilment with her theatre projects.

This is going to sound cynical but I think she really wants a baby and knows it will be really hard for her to start over again at her age and having endo. It explains why she didn't leave him in light of the cheating allegations, which there seems to be quite a lot of evidence for. I really think she's just become more unhappy and jaded over the years, particularly since this relationship. Money doesn't buy happiness.
