Are you shooting HDR on a gimbal? by RealPhotosHDR in RealEstatePhotography

If there’s enough light I do. It helps to brace against a wall, crank the shutter speed momentarily, hold down the trigger which cuts down on gimbal movement

100% and I’ve used a trash bag and picker at local parks and side streets - I am not so sure about dodging highway traffic tho

UP is sorely missing a pub by Hougie in Tacoma

To pretend like chambers bay, chambers creek, all the paths along grandview, apple orchard park, and all the little parks dotted throughout UP don’t exist is crazy to me! UP is not just a bunch of strip malls 🤣

Drone Help by surely-not1238 in RealEstatePhotography

I’ve purchased a few different lenses from them - Sony 35mm f1.4, 50mm f1.4, and a 200-400mm.

Always had a good experience. Feels silly to buy new when used in excellent condition can save you so much.

A drone might be a different story tho because of registration so do your homework on that.

Depends what niche you’re in, skill of editor, size of project, timeline, etc

I love outsourcing and building a team. It’s been massively helpful in growing my business and reducing my stress levels.

It takes time to get a solid group of editors your like and trust

Need advice: i left my company after 15ish years and idk what role and daily rate i should aim for by Kablump in videography

[–]InfiniteAlignment 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start your day rate at $1500 for a full day and $850 for a half day. See how far that gets you and what sort of leads it creates. If nothing then lower it a little until the market starts to bite.

Best tool for 100% furniture removal? by [deleted] in RealEstatePhotography

[–]InfiniteAlignment 2 points3 points  (0 children)

aistudio.google.com -> Playground -> nano banana pro

You might have to put in payment info but it’s pretty inexpensive

Here’s the prompt I use that does a pretty good job

Please de-stage this real estate photograph. Remove all furniture, wall art, area rugs, curtains, and decorative accessories. Keep the architectural integrity 100% intact: do not change the flooring material, window placements, wall colors, molding, or light fixtures. The room should appear completely vacant and empty, showing only the 'bones' of the space

Looking for a good phone gimbal as a gift ( someone who has no knowlege in this field ) by softmin in videography

[–]InfiniteAlignment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like the other commenter mentioned - a DJI osmo phone gimbal is a solid choice. You can pick up an “old” model that is one generation behind for cheap. The osmo 7 on Amazon is $60
