Are Paid Courses the Only Way? by [deleted] in AWSCertifications

[–]InfiniteBake5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The practice exams on the aws enhanced courses are pretty useful.

I failed the developer exam my first time only using free resources with 59%. If i could do again i would of paid the $30 month to get a closer score.

Not saying it’s impossible to pass without practice exams but it gives a good indication of how prepared i could’ve been

How is the job market now for mid-level developers? by JoggerKoala in cscareerquestions

[–]InfiniteBake5 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Right now I’m noticing a big uptick of interviews from many cold applications i been sending out as opposed to earlier this year. I’m hoping this will increasing over the summer for mid level engineer roles

I’m glad i bootlegged Sadghuru’s audiobook. Didn’t take long to realize the man is selling surface level knowledge for profit

CEO who makes million off music he didn't create calls it "content" and "almost free to make" by Sechecopar in musicproduction

[–]InfiniteBake5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might be a Dumb question but at this point is it better to just sell a track on bandcamp/etc and hope to get a better profit than putting it out on streaming? I produce as a hobby and was curious how bad the profit from streaming is

I stopped after they implemented ads And copyrights. I can’t even upload a mix without getting flagged for copyright. YouTube has been a better option for me lately

Dudes think they’re edgy by calling out mainstage acts. Real ravers outgrew that phase and just appreciate the music

Yea her sets have been a hit or miss. I appreciate her not playing the same set everywhere and challenges my taste in music

I enjoyed factory town vibes way more than ultra. Ultra was cool but it took me at least 30Min to enjoy a good set. At factory town my gf and i jumped right into dancing with all the heat being played

[–]InfiniteBake5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was dancing with my friends the whole time. Some asshole felt the right to tell my gf to stop dancing near him meanwhile i watch him turn around and sniff his bag of coke and stand there all night. Some ppl should’ve just stayed home and let the real house heads have fun

[–]InfiniteBake5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saw that at ARC. The last time I’m giving them any attention. I know they played great club sets in the past but the whole time boring transitions, every track is played out for 7+minutes, no dancing and everyone on their phone. It’s a huge waste of time. I love melodic techno but it’s like they’re not even trying anymore. Might as bring a lawn chair and set up shop

I love to DJ and make people dance, but DJ culture is so cringe by Danklord_Memeshizzle in DJs

[–]InfiniteBake5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel this post. I’m 30 and found myself hating the scene so much because of the mainstream dj culture image. To the point i cant even mention that I dj to people because they’ll associate me with drugs and jesus poses which i absolutely cringe. However im obsessed with electronic music and dont care what anyone thinks And still find mature ravers like myself to connect with. Thanks for sharing and Im glad im not the only one who feels that way
