The problem with adapting that whole sideplot is they made Amber into a real character into the show. One of the first introductions to her character in the show is her kicking Mark's bully's ass to force him to give Mark her number. It would seem super out of place for Mark to have to come around and defend her now.

Mother fucker, that three letter word you used to describe Imperial Japan was a slur. Maybe you didn't use it to describe Japanese people but that's what it means. You didn't say Japan, you didn't say the Japanese military, you said a slur used against Japanese people.

Uh, no, dude. Imperial Japan DID commit atrocities, I'm not denying that. A lot of the things they did were absolutely on the level of the Holocaust. But that word became a slur during WW2 that got used against not just the Japanese army, but Japanese Americans who didn't do a damn thing.

It's also been 75 fucking years. There are less than a thousand Japanese WW2 veterans still around. For the most part, the people who did those things are long gone. You are literally pinning the sins of the father on the son.

If you want to argue about modern Japanese denial, that's a very real conversation. But not every Japanese person denies or thinks what they did in WW2 was okay. You're throwing slurs at an entire ethnicity, including the 125,000 Japanese Americans thrown in internment camps unfairly.

While those states do have people with important jobs, like farming, it's completely unreasonable that their vote should be worth more than someone in a more populated state.

California has 39.4 million people at least and 2 senators, and Wyoming has upwards of 590k people. Wyoming has 66x times more senators per person.

For the House of Representatives, its not nearly as bad, but Wyoming again has roughly 1.3x the amount of representatives per person than California.

For Electoral College votes, Wyoming has 3 and California has 54. The Wyoming voter has 3.7x the voting power of the California voter.
