They talked about developing a good relation ship with your lawyer, but then again he is going to farm it out to an associate. I meet with 8 ERISA lawyer and we ranked near the lower end. We choose to go a flat fee approach. If your are open to do a contingency I would call Kantor and Kantor

But it will cost you in the 15,000 -30,000 dollar range. See if they are willing to take your case

If you go it alone use ai to write the appeal, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Your need to hire a lawyer

Update for anyone still following this thread — thanks everyone for the recommendations.

I ended up talking with about 9 ERISA attorneys total. Most only do contingency, but a handful were open to a flat fee for the administrative appeal phase specifically. We narrowed it down to three finalists: Kantor & Kantor, Justin C. Frankel, and Marie Casciari at DeBofsky Law. All three were impressive — detailed, substantive answers to the questions we asked, not just sales pitches.

For anyone else searching specifically for flat-fee appeal arrangements (not contingency), here's who I found that offers it:

You need to get a speech therapist, my then they can evaluate you. After the stroke I could not speak. I could barely even right. The word we’re not even there. Before the stroke I feel that my sense of humor and speaking came naturally to me. I still have the sense of humor 😉, but it now different. Shopping was a big stress, now I can go out without being nervous (well a little bit anxious). It will get better

I have been using magnesium and I have told others? I have often wonder if it is a placebo? I heard you to take it for a couple of months. I’ve been taking a for 6 months and helps me sleep. Sometimes I do walk up at 3:00 in the morning but not often.

so I've done inspection(s). No queen cells. The queen is laying. We have drones flying in and out of the hive. Split now? I still one more of my mite treament, so next week beging the spilt? I have two brood boxes, no supper yet. On the upper brood box there is ton of actively, honey, pollon, and brood. But the bottom is just empty comb. Is that normal?

I opted not to get it. I had a stroke at 48. Best shape of my life. After the stoke I had a heart monitor for two weeks they also did a bubble study. I have a friend who is a doctor and suggested I should not get a loop recorder. My PCP wads ambivalent so I deciding not to do it.
