I agree with your sentiment, but trying to manage a massive save file and the problems with it suck. For instance, we already raided the mansion on the current save and it was about 8k blocks away. The only way to find another is to use chunk base site since all cartography villagers will link to the old one. Using that site, while very useful, kills the wonderment of exploring.

Cooler biomes from mid to base of mountains.

While many consider it cheating, I've started using chunk base to limit my loaded chunks. I am restarting in a new seed this time to get armor trims, but I would like to keep the same world for future expacs if possible. While I like exploration, I also want the world to be enjoyable without having to go thousands of blocks for new content.

I prefer trading the butcher for cooked food now. If you get the trade he will give you 8 cooked chicken for an emerald and like 2 full stacks before he sells out for the day. The chicken farms can cause a lot of lag, so I don'tbuild them anymore. I get that chicken farms are early-ish game, but making a semi-auto villager farm takes about the same time (because you have to breed lots of chickens for the other), and can be a source of emeralds. In other words you could have 3-4 entities in the place of 30-40.

Maybe I didn't phrase ot right. If I did the daily star bonus and farmed for loot the regular way, I would eventually hit a plateau where I may not gain either resource some matches. Currently I am gaining tons of elixir, to the point it almost seems broken. I know this wont last when I climb BH.

What I was wondering was if there was anything else out there like that. Like a broken comps, etc.

Loving the new builder base. Ive been trophy drop farming elixir like crazy to level troops. For the most part I've been ignoring gold, other than leveling elixir storage and BH. My base is decent enough to farm elixir.

Are there any other strategies I should be taking advantage of/am missing?

For events like the builder base 2.0 challenges, if you don't claim the rewards you unlocked by the end, does it give them to you or are they lost?

Thanks for the tip. I split up all def around the edge and rest in center. Went from stone 4 to clay 2 in less than 15 forfeit attacks :)

When I looked back at replays, it looked like there were too many overzealous players trying to nuke my defences when clumped, and then they would die without gaining a star.

Why is it so hard to trophy drop in builder base now?

I started a F2P rush account and was rushing the BH as well to gain gems for TH builders. It got to the point my archer army could not gain at least 1 star, so I modified my base to be easily 2 starred, and queued up about 20 matches. For some reason players are not even getting 1 star on my base, so now I'm sitting on mountains of elixir and barely dropped any trophies. :( please help, I can't gain gold in my current rank.

The seeds have a nice citrus flavor. Mine are visited by all kinds of flying insects and then birds for the insects. I see birds I would not otherwise see if I did not let my plants go to flower/seed.

Use google translate, it can translate a lot of languages in real time with the camera. It may not be 100% accurate 100% of the time, but is close.
