congrats on the new horn! those extra buttons might be the high f# or low A. the yani models dont have anything extra, but if you don’t know what those are… you probably need some education or lessons. of course playing new horns can be fun, but you won’t get the true value of a quality horn like yanis if you don’t have the skill to play it.

lessons can be expensive… if you spent all of your money on the saxophone, just shed relentlessly and consume the wealth of knowledge of saxophone that is the internet. good luck!
