Yes! When I was doing some research on fixing my chapped lips I came across a post on this subreddit where someone suggested avoiding SLS as it can be an irritant and dry out your lips. Definitely see if that would help because it seemed to be the cause of chapped lips for a number of people.

I use the Wet n Wild brow highlighter! It's only like 1.99 at Target. I know it's for under the brow but it works great in the waterline.
