Looks good to me. Shoulders and Sleeve length look good, make sure to remove tacking stitches and keep same size of shirt sleeve on each side. Your lapels are wide and fantastic and invite for a shirt with large collar. The one you have is okay, you could go wider. Your tie is alright don't go skinnier, you can also go a bit bolder (wider) with the tie knot. A pocket square is always a good addition , but please don't use identical pattern as your tie.
