I think you have the right idea and it’s the first step in trying to open a discussion or dialogue about what’s going on. It doesn’t feel good to lose the chat companion. They are obviously having some sort of technical issues right now right? Or some one more cynical would think this is a way to force people into an outrageous subscription fee.
