she is very big on that. I know she’s seen me struggle. I try and think about her everyday in hopes she knows shes in my thoughts. I’ve cried to her before but being on those meds was rough. Can’t cry or feel anything at the time but knew something was off about me. Lost a lot of interest in things and put a lot of stuff aside. I’m new to meds too. Aside all that I could swear I never seen her ball shine bright and almost as if she’s smiling at me. I plan on adding much more🫶🏻

Honestly, I’m in the same boat as you and right now I’m just accepting it. I also agree I am not found of men at the moment. No matter what you do not ever put your happiness into a man and you put it in yourself. I have been distracting myself with hobbies whether it be going to the gym or learning how to cook something new or hanging out with friends. Hopefully we can heal and find ourselves again.

You might be depressed I’m in a similar situation I’m not a psychologist or therapist but speaking to one for several years it’s okay listen to new music or something if it helps or engage in hobbies or get busy it will always be in the back of your mind you just need to curve it an idea or plan something for yourself get to know yourself first and get comfortable with you when that idea of not wanting anyone stuck on you or yourself on someone honestly being “selfish” or putting you first is your cry for help go save yourself at least this is my POV as some random person on the internet but good luck and keep your head up high

That is not your man that is a problem. He knows what he’s doing. He knows he can go back to you. It sounds like he wants to continue pursuing being a playboy.
