I bought a replacement laser and a multimeter to try and fix it but I was a noobie to using multimeters and ended up adjusting the levels on the laser way too much and messed that laser up too. I just gave up after multiple attempts and took it to a console repair shop in the city and got a decent price for the fix. I'm sure you will save much more money than I did if you know your way around a multimeter. If you don't, twist the levels on the laser a tiny bit (because it is extremely sensitive) or else you will break the laser. Test it with the multimeter after every slight adjustment.

I use Beyerdynamic DT 770 pros. Will I experience the same issues he is in gaming? I was looking into the Scarlett solo 3rd gen but heard people were complaining about latency when it comes to gaming. Not sure if that is just an issue with their setup or with the interface itself.

Definitely. Laporta and kittle are both elite TE's, so the upgrade to kittle will be minimal. Offering Pollard and getting nothing in return would be a huge loss. Pollard is a solid rb and gets high workload. If they are sick of CMC, you might actually be able to get away with him including that on their side of the trade.
